Galerie Hugo Rosén offers sales through our online gallery. You are welcome to request additional information, condition reports and more detailed photographs about specific pieces. Please e-mail us with any questions before placing an order. Orders can be placed by e-mail or by phone.

When purchasing from Galerie Hugo Rosén you can pay with most bank or credit cards, with a PayPal account or via bank transfer. Both payment via bank or credit card and PayPal account is handled by PayPals payment solutions. All sales is made in SEK.

We ship world-wide and arrange packing and transport by professional shipping companies. All prices quoted on our website are excluding shipping. Please ask for shipping quotes for individual items. We use several shipping companies and will always strive to offer the safest and most price conscious quotes. It is also possible to pick up your purchase at our office at no extra cost.

The buyer is responsible for all fees associated with customs clearance in their country of destination (taxes, duty, custom charges etc.), and thereby also for any delays caused by custom processing. This applies for all orders outside of Sweden. Please feel free to contact us for further
information.

Please note that there might be slight color differences in the pictures depending on computer settings and type of screen/computer used as well as resolution. We try our utmost to depict the objects as correctly as possible. Our aim to sell pieces in as good vintage condition as possible. But since the stock is vintage there may be some wear. You are always welcome to request a condition report as well as more detailed photographs.

Galerie Hugo Rosén accepts returns within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us if you would like a product to be returned.

When you purchase something from our website, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address, phone number (for delivery reasons) and email address. When you provide us with personal information as above and to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or exchange a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only. The terms are valid for all future transactions between you and www.galeriehugorosen.com. These terms apply to the sales of products or services by Galerie Hugo Rosén to private individuals. Galerie Hugo Rosén reservers the right to revise these terms and conditions. When purchasing at Galerie Hugo Rosén you automatically agree to our terms and conditions.

All prices are stated in SEK. Prices quoted on the website are excluding shipping. All sales within the EU are subject to Swedish VAT.

If charges are levied in your country and you refuse to pay them, you are responsible for the original shipping costs to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package. Please contact your local customs office for current charges and regulations. We have the right to adjust incorrect prices.

We reserve the right to deny any customer purchase.
